As a woman-owned business we are a leading provider of high-precision, innovative fabrication solutions, including die, laser, waterjet cutting, laser marking, sheet metal fabrication, and CNC milling and turning, while consistently exceeding customer expectations through quality craftsmanship, timely delivery, and a commitment to excellence.
Die cutting involves using a die press and a custom-made steel rule die to cut gaskets, rubber, paper, plastics & metal shim stock into specific shapes. Material thickness range of .001"-1.00". Tolerance on cut feature is +/-.010". Part size 0.250"-24".
Waterjet cutting uses a high-pressure stream of water with abrasive, to cut rubber gaskets, plastics, foams, steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, brass & other alloys precisely, making it a versatile and precise industrial process suitable for various applications.
Material thickness range of .001"-10.00". Tolerance on cut features are +/-.001" to +/-.030" depending on part size and +/-.002" on locations. The maximum sheet size is 6'x12'.
Laser cutting uses a focused, high-powered laser beam created by a co2 or fiber optic laser source to cut rubber gaskets, plastics, foams, steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, brass & other alloys precisely, making it a versatile, fast & precise industrial process suitable for various applications.
Material thickness range of .001"-1.00". Tolerance on cut features are +/-.001" to +/-.030" depending on part size and +/-.001" on locations. The maximum sheet size is 6'x12'.
Laser marking involves using a focused laser beam to create permanent, high-contrast marks on various materials by altering their surface properties, like discoloration or ablation, without damaging the underlying material. The maximum part size is 36"x48"x12"
At its core, sheet metal fabrication involves cutting, bending, and assembling it into the desired shape. Depending on the design’s complexity and production volume, multiple methods can be employed, from laser & waterjet cutting to CNC punching.
Once the metal sheets are cut and formed by a press brake into the required shapes, they are assembled and welded to create the final product.
Material thickness range of .010"-.250". Tolerance on cut features are +/-.001" to +/-.030" depending on part size. Maximum part length is 10 feet.
CNC milling & turning is a subtractive manufacturing process using a milling machine or lathe to remove material from a workpiece to create a desired shape.
Milling machine maximum part size is 20"x40", +/-.0002" on part tolerances & repeatability.
Lathe maximum part size is 10" diameter. 48" between centers. +/-.0002" on part tolerances & repeatability.
